This programme is intended for all staff who need to contribute to the project planning and delivery  process. The training which is accredited  has been designed in order to assist employers and employees in meeting deadlines within timelines and on budget.

This nationally recognised standard is the only practical QCA approved Project Planning programme within the UK. Unlike any of the arduous programmes which insist on overloading individuals with difficult to use approaches in project planning we adopt a practical, fun yet worthwhile course which  really does make a difference. This will have a positive impact immediately within your business by maximising efficiency and effectiveness of resources, which ultimately will be demonstrated in the bottom line.

The delivery style is participatory and individuals learn through an action learning approach taking part in exercises which whilst core to the underpinning knowledge requirements are both fun and enlightening.
